Scott Brown’s Activities: June 2-25, 2011

Brown is positioning himself to run against Beacon Hill’s “culture of corruption” as exhibited by the guilty verdict in Salvatore DiMasi’s corruption trial.

Newton Mayor, Setti Warren, fires verbal shots at Brown.   Warren, a Democrat and Iraq War veteran who previously served in the Clinton administration and as the New England Director of the FEMA, said Brown marketed himself as an independent voice, but has primarily voted with Republicans.


Brown breaks “No Tax” pledge and votes to repeal ethanol tax breaks.


Brown says that excessive and arbitrary FDA regulation is “crushing” Massachusetts biotech firms.
